Overview
“If you don’t know where you are going, you’ll end up someplace else.” Yogi Berra
Agreed-upon goals provide the framework for accountability and promote on-going conversations throughout the year. Capture a clear and concise goal description that explains what you will be working on using the SMART methodology (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound). You may choose to add additional fields such as key stakeholders, major milestones, resources and tools needed, and members of the project team. These regular conversations help you stay on the path to success.
Instructions
Use the notes section in Dabra to capture relevant information about your goal. Make sure that you discuss the goal with your manager and how success will be measured. Dabra recommends that you regularly bring up the goal as a topic in your one-to-one meetings to ensure you are getting regular feedback.
